The Cliff House Inn Lodging
Our five-unit Inn offers comfort and true Southern hospitality. Guests can witness beautiful Ozark sunrises from the comfort of the deck. All rooms face the Arkansas Grand Canyon, one of Arkansas’ great vistas, and have cedar gliders on the balcony so guests can enjoy the view. There is also an observation deck below the motel rooms that’s great for viewing the valley during the day, and the stars at night.
Our rooms also have coffee pots. Many of our guests rise early and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the mountains. All of our rooms have either one or two queen beds. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in our rooms.
Our five rooms are located downstairs.
There are no elevators, so guests will have to navigate 13 steps to get to our rooms.

Cliff House Inn
We went for breakfast at the Inn on Friday and Saturday morning during our stay. Very nice restaurant and good food. Nice people too!

We had a great time at our " home away from home" and look forward to the next time. And as always the room, the view and the wonderful food were all just perfect.
Warm Hospitality

Room Rates
Rates are for up to two in a room. There is an $20.00 charge for each additional person in a room. Check in time begins at 1:00 pm. Checkout time is by 10:30 am.
THE SUITE –
$150.00 a night for up to two guests. ($164.25 per night with tax) $20 per night for each additional guest.
The suite has 2 rooms, a bedroom with two queen beds and a sitting room. The sitting room includes a sofa, table and four chairs, Antenna TV, and a propane fireplace. There is also a double bed in a nook off the sitting area. The suite has an inside corner view of the valley. Room also has WiFi, & Coffee Pot. (No microwaves or refrigerators are in the rooms)
STANDARD ROOMS –
A standard room will have either one or two queen beds. Room also has Antenna TV, WiFi, & Coffee Pot. (No microwave or refrigerator in the room)
$125.00 a night for up to two guests. ($136.88 per night with tax) $20 per night for each additional guest.
Policies
No Pets allowed at the Inn. We are pet friendly at our cabins if traveling with a pet.
All of our rooms are smoke free. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or lower deck by the rooms. The only smoking area we have is in our parking lot.

Check in time begins 1:00 pm and check out time is by 10:30 am. When making your reservation please let us know if you plan on arriving after 7:00 pm.
We do require a deposit of $62.50 ($68.44 with tax) per night when you make a reservation. The deposit is nonrefundable but movable if you should need to cancel your reservation. The deposit is movable within the calendar year the reservation was made (if made in 2024, deposit has to be used in 2024). Once the year expires the deposit expires. If you cancel the day of your reservation or you are a no show you lose your deposit.
No refunds due to weather.
No refunds for early checkouts.
American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa are accepted, as well as cash. We don’t accept checks.
A 3% processing fee will be added to your card when making a reservation.
Reservations are recommended.
We are located in a dry county so BYOB.
